I am looking for a channel balance 16" long. It has a stamp 1620 on it. The width is 1/2" I am not sure about the top and bottom attachments. The bottom is definitely broken, and I have no other pieces from it. The sash weight is 8 lbs. Can you help me identify the correct part numbers? ... (cont.)

Hello. We are trying to identify the parts for our windows, we are in need of pivot bars and a tilt lock. It appears that the window serial number (photo included) is 03672971020003

I am looking to replace the cranks on a weathershield casement window. It has a left and a right side. The numbers I found on it were 3581R and 3581L.

It says R.O.W. on the side. It's very old but maybe you have a part that would work. It's for the left window if you are in the house looking at the window and the window opens to the left. Thank you!

Nylon wheel broken

We purchased a Jeld-Wen sliding patio door and found that it doesn't have the keeper for the locking mechanism on the door handle. What parts would we need to purchase to install for the door to lock properly? From what I'm seeing on the site, it just shows a keeper, but is there something under it ... (cont.)

HI, These windows are tall, they are in a school building. Windows are unable to shut tight and it is extremely hard to open. I notice the rope that helps it to open is snapped.

Help me find this part please.

I have a few more I believe are the same. These windows have no makers mark that I am aware of.
