Hi Everyone My patio door handles continue to fall off. I would like to replace these permanently. Marking GLW on the door and I believe they are 6 1/2 inches. Could you advise me what to order to replace these?

Please would you identify and advise part number to order. Measuring the metal section, it is 1/2" wide by 30" long plus the plastic fittings in the photo. There is a number stamped on the metal but hard to read, it appears to be : 29 2 E BS1

Hello, I'm looking to replace this part of my window coil balance. The 'window installed' photo is the right side of the window. The part that is out was for the left side. There appears to be an 8 stamped on the actual coil - is this indicative of balance? Appreciate your help!

Written on Roller is ASTR BEO OOAO the 'O's could be zero's. On corner of glass is written PPG HEROU TEK. More info on glass but can not read. I need a total of 4 rollers

Manufacturing date 7/84 on window glass. Numbers d15 7#27 on window balance. These were Anderson narrow lines double hung. Held by several heavy duty Staples. I purchased your latch Item # 82-239 as almost all the measurements seem to match, however the keeper plate has a 12" span and does not screw to your latch. Please help, I really need to find a replacement!
