One is missing from the top of the sliding door. This is what I think is missing. Door is rubbing and binding a bit.

I need that little black piece of plastic that holds the parts together. I can't find it anywhere.

The markings on the aluminum show 2540PSI and there is an E on the pulley. The windows are a Window Master

Their is an up and lower hook that flip out and clamp the strike plate. The top flips down and the bottom flips up.

This clip slides into the screen frame and then clips to a piece of metal on the window frame

I think it may be patriot brand but not sure. Need a pair for lower left and lower right.

The metal channel is 33". The width of the channel is 9/16". The shoe 1-1/8" not 1".Felix

The channel balance pulley wheel is broken. I would like to replace channel balances on both sides. Photos included. Our windows do not include channel stops Metal channel measures 26 inches in length.

This screen is from Hurd window, 5/16 is too small so must be 3/8. Advise if you have something that would work. Thanks Kent

Our window sash weighs 39 lbs, it is a non-tilt window, the channel balance is 5/8" wide and 5/8" deep and the metal portion of the balance is 34" long (but the balance is stamped "33"). I can't tell from your site which series replacement to order ... possibly S351-34 with the 3365 (35-39lbs) opti ... (cont.)

Broken handle

I need to replace the rubber weatherstrip on our Pella double glass doors. I believe that it is the 3/8 inch gasket that you sell but want to be sure before ordering. The doors are wide, tall double pane sliding glass doors installed in 1992. Thanks
