Hello,I have 14 year old windows made by Kinco. Single-hung, non-tilt, 1/2 inch channel width. I took out the window, and it weighs 28 pounds. The balancers have a block and tackle system that the string goes through. Channel balance is 35 inches long (metal part only - plastic ends not counted)... ... (cont.)

Need help finding this keynetic handle

These window balances are both damaged and have been removed from our window. I am not sure of the window manufacturer, however the balances seem to be fairly universal. They are both marked with "26 4 B.S.I. PM". The metal part measures 27" long and ½" width. I am looking for suitable replacements. ... (cont.)

I need two channel balances of the kind shown in the photos with a 30 inch rail and 4 with a 27 inch rail. There are no identification marks on them. I do not know sash weight ( they are at a rental but could go over and weigh sashes if necessary. Let me know thanks Mitch
