I'm trying to replace this part. I purchase part number 39-278 And it doesn't work. The window locks about 1 inch from closing all the way. What is the correct part number that I should've purchased? Can I return the parts I already purchased? Do you also sell the round clips?

I measured it at 28" long I have 8 windows

Aluminum frame that holds the glass. Two pins that ride in the track at the top of the glass and the two spring loaded fingers that lock the window.

My sliding door lock is not locking easy way. I have pull my door very forcefully than only it's lock. Can any one help me?

Manufacturer unknown. Only markings on door edges were hand written numbers 11 (underlined) then 276. Sweep top is dome shaped 3/16" wide and 3/8" high from top of dome to bottom. I measured the channel which is the same 3/16" wide or maybe 7/32" max.
