the door handles have broken, need to be replaced

I have four windows where the top sash is fixed in place. The lower sash seems just a bit too tall to latch into this part on the upper frame. I need to buy four of them where the latch part is a bit taller so the lower sash can actually lock.

I need to replace 4 screens with attached screen corner with slide pull latch

I was wondering if you carry this part. Please advise.

The hole is approximately 1 inch long. The builder never installed, so I don't have an example to show you.

i am looking for what i believe is called a sash balance, or saah lift mechanism for this window. there is a patent number on the side of the part, that reads #5w37877. the part consists of a fiberclass, or plastic rod, that runs down the inside of a coil spring, and connects to the block that the p ... These hinges were installed on custom cabinets, probably in the 1980's. They are stamped with Blum on one side, and 130.210-01.22 on the inside. The cabinet doors are in great shape, but the springs on some of the hinges have given up after all these years. The dowells for the screws are more cent ... (cont.)

The small plastic piece is I believe a top sash guide. This one is from the good side and the other side was broken. The channel balance's have the following numbers on them. 26-3 HM5 CMC 47. The metal on the balance measures 27" and with the plastic it measures 28". The balances are 5/8' wide ... (cont.)
