Hello, the pics here are showing the piece an Andersen casement lock handle slides onto which of course is the actual locking mechanism. The left side is intact while the right is not. The right side is missing that small metal piece which locks the handle in place. I've seemingly looked everywhere ... (cont.)

The part that is broken off has a hole for a screw to go through. It's the part that sticks out of the bottom frame of the window and connects to the spring mechanism.

The balance channels in our sunroom windows are toast. They're half-in deep and 29 inches in length and have "2840S" stamped into them. Each window had one per side, from what I can tell, but they've all fallen out. I was hoping you stocked a compatible replacement.

I need a replacement Operator Spindle for an old Crestline Casement Window. It looks like there is a locking washer that came off, and as a result the window can crank open but won't close (when it closes the spindle pulls out of the gears because it is not held in).

this opener is broken on my awning window. the arm that connects from the bottom of the window to the sill is 8". How do i know what part to order to fix it.

Truth Hardware. Arm length approx. 9.5 inches number on back of body: 40055 IH Arm is facing left when window is closed. Weather Shield is written on crank.
