Looking for this replacement hook that aids in holding window bottom sash in open position.

I have 3 windows that the piece in the picture broke which is now not allowing the windows to stay open. Need 6, ones recently purchased were to big and need to exchange.Order # 1621906

Hello, I am looking to replace a balance for an Andersen window. The string broke. I tried to remove the top sill plate yesterday, but it had been painted and was pretty "Stuck on." Hello, I'm trying to find the replacement part for my current balance that is labeled "27 4 EL Caldwell". The balance actually measures exactly 28 inches in length by about 1 inch width. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Can you identify this part? The metal portion end to end is 27" The metal portion if I am measuring between the plastic clips is 26" My guess is this is a 380 or 385, but can really tell. The plastic wing pieces are just under 1" wide. Not sure what else you would need.

Hello, I do not have measurements for what size this is. Do you have a part that may work in replacement of this?

We need two, a left and a right. The broken ones look the same, with the cover and crank missing.

This is for a no name brand, builder grade window. Measures 4 1/4" long X 1 1/4" wide X 1/2" high. You can see the plastic part is what is broken. Can you tell me what part number to order?
