I only need the lock housing part but I ll just change the whole system. My mother n law measured 2.5" from screw to screw. I told her center to center. I think thus is the size. Part number: 83-006. Seems pretty close. I've attached photos to help conclude. Let me know. Thank you ... (cont.)

Trying to replace these sash locks and spring balancers for these Alpine windows that have become hard to open or fall down.

This is an awning window and i cant find the replacement side arms for this. i found the crank but i havent had luck with this. If you can help that would be great. The arm seems to be approximately 7"
