We have a Jeld-Wen swinging patio door. We have the internal parts for the locking mechanism, but we do not have the handle nor the place where the key would fit. Our door has also a deadbolt in addition to the opening mechanism. Can you tell us how to order the handles and locking mechanism? ... (cont.)

The clip is 1 3/4in in length and 1/8in wide. Standard metal clips are too wide. Where can I get replacements. They break when they're popped out.

This is an Andersen casement window crank; the underside has the number 7191 and also a 3. I think it has 12 teeth. The condo was built around 1978. Thank you for any help you can provide in replacing this part.

I have 2 casement windows with cranks that won't close all the way - 1 is right handed and 1 is left handed. I think the gears are stripped. The long arm measures approximately 13 inches.
