Hello, we have a Customer that is having issues with their lock we don't know what to replace it with. A local locksmith told me it is some type of older Baldwin lock. let me know what you think.

dimensions are 7 and a 1/2 and the bolts dimension 4 inches. Te door handle only has 2 screws.

I have very expensive windows that need repair. The side rails seem to be squeezing in too far causing gaps and air is getting in / out. These side rails also have the spring loaded ballasts that help them go up and down.

I need to replace window balancers in old wooden windows. Not sure if you would have replacements. I thought they went up through the top of the frame but I could be mistaken.
