I'm trying to identify two parts. The first is a face guide, and I'm fairly confident that it is 67-026. Always good to confirm though. The second part is a top sash guide. Lost part

I have a few windows on my rental property that have bent or poor latches....they are the same on all windows. Please help me find a replacement so I can replace.

I can't seem to locate this exact roller. Do you have a roller like this?

Part says 9311 A-S PA with a B at the bottom of the lock. Measurements between the holes I believe is 2 1/8 and from the hole to the back of the lock measures 11/16.

Help. We have this 1980s sliding door lock that kinda works. Is there a better, more secure handle/latch combo? You all were terrific help with my windows. I looked like a total hero with the right replacement parts!

It looks like the item 36-030 roto- lock operator shoe pair would fix our windows. There is no model# on either the part or the windows. Is this a universal part or are there specific sizes for andersen awning windows? The windows looked fairly new when we bought the house in 1995 but really not sur ... (cont.)

Our handyman thinks these are made by Weathershield, out of Medford, WIAs pictured, likely "Crank 1" and "Crank 3" are likely the same.Hopefully we can order these 3 window cranks from you guys!Thanks,Sheldon

There are no identifying names or model numbers. The latch/ door is about 10years old and locks/ unlocks at its own will. I need to identify the replacement parts. Thanks for your help. Michelle

I need 6 of these to replace broken ones. Most are missing the sash part. No markings or anything that I have been able to find.

I don't know the name of this part, nor the brand of the windows, but they keep the top of the sliding half from rotating inward if pushed in.

For Florida extruders windows. Also besides the channel I need the vinyl parts to hide the channel the sun has turned them very brittle. Do you have such parts?

I had screens remade but they didn't use the lacking tab , so now the screen doesn't sit still during windy days , do you have the in stock or a place I may find them
