This is an alcan window. The arrow points to the part that came off. The area that connects to the window is where it broke. There was some kind of metal "pin" that had a head on it. I have a customer who needs a right hand and left hand window operator for the old M & W vinyl clad windows. The size for both windows is 2850. He is in need of all hardware, handles, covers, locks, and operators. I was sent here from Ply Gem Windows.

Hello, The bearings in the roller are loose causing it to scrape on the tracks. Is there a part number or similar that I can use to replace this roller. This is a two part roller. I believe these are Marvin windows. I am looking for the rubber seal that goes all along the outer edge of the moving pane. See first pic with red arrow. The pivot bar is 2.5 inches long the holes are roughly 3/4 and 1 3/4. Do you have this particular part or something close that will work? Picture included
