Having trouble with the 39-205 handles stripping out when used with the 39-326 operator. Any suggestions on helping to eliminate this. Thank you

The hinges are European soft-close type. They are on my Lexington Furniture Ocean Club Sea Glass buffet cabinet. The cabinet is 6 years old, but the doors have rarely been opened. The locking mechanism (gold colored part) has broken and will not lock the door. The door model is on the sticker - a little faded as the door is 5 years old. Can you help me find this part?

Looking for rear mounting Knape & Vogt brackets for KV1300c drawer slides

This part is from an Anlin window that is around 13 years old. The part is a little less than 3" in length.

The attached image is for the Rubber sealing Strip at the bottom of my Slide windows. I have measured the T-Slot height (0.187"/3/16") and Bulb diameters appears to be 0.300"/1/4" - ??)I am in need of 50+ feet to redo these window seals around my house.
