Hi, I have pella door hardware on a hinged patio door and am looking to find a new mortise lock for it. It's approx 14 years old.

We have casement windows that were installed in 1972. The hardware for the windows is an unusual shape and there is a 'pin' that should sit on top of the arm that holds the hardware in place that allows the window to open. Unfortunately, we cannot find the type of window - there are no markings on t ... (cont.)

Cabinets are about 20 or so years old. The hinges on the inside of the cabinet is not working properly. The cabinets were installed by Big 8 contractors in Columbus. I will try to email a photo of the hinge.

The broken pivot on the bottom in the photo is what we are trying to replace. The pivot in the top of the photo is what we ordered and isn't quite right. Is there a replacement for the broken one available?
