I am searching for a replacement weather ball seal for my Simonton Dimension 1 Casement Windows. The Model No. is 821739/03. It would appear that the edge fits into an 1/8" grove in the window. Thanks, Terry

cant find my pivot shoe has two hooks on top

When we moved in the house the left latch was broken. We recently found replacement parts from this website that previous owners had ordered, however the screw on inside of window doesn't line up and the latch seems to be on the wrong side. It has a mark Truth 31850. I also need the hinge to the window and all attaching hardware.

I believe i need new "set piece" for the locks, like in the 3rd picture. The serial #G0314327974, Awning window. All the gaskets are in very good condition. The locks no longer pull the window in. Thanks
