Hi! Attached are 4 photos that show the drawer slides for a vintage dresser I recently purchased. Is there a way I can update this with ball bearing slides? If not, what are these slides called?

AS FAR AS I CAN TELL I NEED 6 EACH WINDOW BALANCES FOR ALENCO MODEL WINDOWS. THE METAL BALANCE LENGTH IS 34 INCHES. THEY ARE IDENTIFIED AS 33DS 38. THE PICTURES ARE ATTACHED. I ALSO NEED 2 EACH TOP SASH GUIDES P/N 18-008. DOES THIS LOOK CORRECT?

Hello, I need two IWC latches.

Trying to find the right pivot. It is 1 1/2" long. 7/16" wide. 5/8 total thickness. 1/2" thick pivot.

We bought a older home 2004 with Andersen windows. Not sure what series they are. The window in bedroom top sash drifts down upon locking window you have to push the window up. We need a window balance for a non tilt window. 35" metal frame also need guides. Stamp on the original one is 34-5 EA2 CMC 5.

The door was stuck closed and we removed the handle and locking mechanism to get it open. Now it is stuck unlocked.
