I need different sizes of this channel balance. It appears to have a marking of B.S.I near what must be the length. I need lengths 21" 27" and 33" per the number printed on the channel balance.

Is this the correct name of this part?

For an Alside 2000 Vinyl replacement window This pivot bar may be stamped with the number: 12310 Any other numbers stamped on the part are unimportant - they are for the factory only.

Channel Balance looks like Series 380 with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe but balance is stamped 28B. Am I looking at the wrong series.

Not sure if you can identify the part by these pictures but that is all I have at the moment.

Window sash swings in to clean. A nylon pivot pin locks the track in place so the sash can swing in to clean. The pin broke and needs replaced. Looked but can't find.

Trying to find a match for these pivot bars. Can't find any window maker info anywhere. There is a #1 on the old pivot bars. The shoes have a cast cam and a couple are broke. Any info you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello,I am wondering if you can help me with a replacement handle. I believe the screws are 4in apart. This is a discontinued Rylock handle for a slider door That opens to the left. Any help would be appreciated.

I need a replacement crank for a bathroom window. On the crank system is model truth with #31703 on one side of the crank and 31704 on other side.. measures 21 1/2 in width and opens approx 15 inches.. Approx 20 years old..

The mechanism keeps popping out so the handle won't engage when trying to lock the window shut. Truth #40538 appears on the vertically sliding brass metal plate. The interior white handle has lateral play. All other screws on the outside are secure. Perhaps just the inside part needs to be replaced ... (cont.)

Pin that is in the bottom of the window sash, that clips into the end of a spiral balance. Held in place with 2 sheet metal screws. About 2-1/4 inch long.

The metal piece is 27" long with the number 2690 30 on it. Looks like the Series 395, but needs a stronger stamp option.
