The plastic part is reciest and measures 2 inches vertically and has the following numbers 654.050 53.00 83 (within a circle) The metal part has these numbers 500.350 00.15 A1

These attach with only one screw on side of window. No fastener on top. This latch is incomplete. Hope you can recognize it.

Hi, I spoke with Tim on the phone and he told me the Truth 31761 roller assembly pictured should be replaced with the 81-018. My question is do you carry the plastic rail part that the rollers fit into that is held in place by the rollers in the bottom of the door?

Hello, I'm looking to replace a broken tilt lock and likely both of the sash balance spring mechanisms. I can't find any information on this window, but tried to upload what might be helpful. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

This looks like either our S380-31 or S385-31. The difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement.
