The windows have trouble opening and closing, the measurement of window is 34 x 29.

not sure the brand of window but the latch on the right in the pictures is the one that needs to be replaced. the one on the left doesnt work because of the position of the track. i believe it's 2 5/8 in length

Windows keep falling down, cant stay open, it seems the failing part goes on the side of the window?and connects to the removable bottom part of the window ( the one that goes up and down when opening) that part also seems to be failing

the hinge separates every time we open that door I can put it back in temporarily, but it does not hold it. It's the part connects the door with the frame looking for the exact part or something that I can use in its place I do not have any tools that could cut an indentation in the door if I needed ...
