Hi, I am looking for these replacement parts. Overall length is about 3 3/16". on one side it is stamped with I23I0 the other side is stamped 21.

Some broken parts

Looking for (1) replacement rollers, (2) bottom U-shaped weatherstipr that goes in that lower notch with the rollers (49" long), and (3) the weatherstrip that goes to the outside at the bottom (img_1780). The markings read 26 3 caldwell. From your website I believe this is am S380-27. It is 1/2 in wide. The metal channel is 27 inches long. The bottom guide is 1 inch deep and both are winged. Do you agree?

Hello, I need to replace two 31" channel balances, I think I need the 380 (1" deep guide foot) but I can't figure out the proper weight range and it's not possible to wiegh the sash. The stamp on the original channel balances is 31 3 GV 7, as shown in one of the photos. Perhaps the "3" on the origin ... (cont.)

Hi, my left balance string and plastic end piece both broke. The metal piece is 27" long, 1/2" wide, and the window weighs 17 pounds. Can you please confirm which balance is the right one to order? Thanks,Kim

This pivot bar is from an Anderson tilt sash widow, approximately 8-10 yrs old. The second picture is shown with a tape measure for size and hole spacings. I have multiple broken pivot bars so I will be ordering more than 1.
