I need replacement channel balances stamped "2975 BSI EA". Please confirm the correct replacement, sash weight rating, and top based on the attached photos. I cannot find a bottom fitting.

This has a channel 28" long, there is a 27D stamp on it, and the sash does not tilt-in. Thanks for the help, Eric

Can't find any info on window. Right side balce snapped and will need to replace left and right. The bottom portion seems to be 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 deep by 1-1/4 high.
