Hello, I have these hinges on my kitchen cabinets and the the doors do not stay closed on a few of them. I thiknk my only option is to replace them with new hinges. Can you recommend hinges from your collection can can be a drop in replacement (or close to it)?

Hi, our balances say 2810. It looks like the 28" series 390 channel balance should work, but I don't see 2810 listed. We weighed the sash and it's 11- lbs. would the 2710 work for us, or did we calculate it wrong?

The crank mechanism is broken. The window will crank out, but it just spins when I try to crank it back in.

Hello, measurements for the part are 2 1/2" by 1/4" thickness and the part that fits in the spiral tit is 3/16" thickness x 1/4" width by 1/2" depth. They are made of plastic with two screw holes spaced 1 1/2" on center. I removed this part from a grove in the operating window. Where can I find this ... (cont.)
