I bought a home and the balances are broken on almost every window. Attached are the best photos I have to identify the parts. There are three coils in each balance labeled pat 5232208 #4.0 35". This comes from a 30+ year old vinyl double hung window. I can find absolutely NO manufacturer's name anywhere on the windows or frames. All of the windows were installed when I built the house and the spiral balances and pivot blocks are all failing. I need help.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what brand of door this is. The issue is the lock won't lock anymore. The home was built in 2005.

These are Acan brand casement Weinstein. The locking bar is held to the window frame with 2 plastic clips. The locking bar slides up and down in these clips when you pull the locking lever down.
