Pacesetter storm window Fastrak II Finger Latch right and left sides

I need 2 Balances. 1/2" wide. The metal channel length is 27 15/16"'s. The window weight is about 19.8 pounds. The window balances that were installed, are probably to heavy - strong for the weight of this window. The is a part number on one of the attached photos. Thank you.

I need to the black corner part that fastens to the corner of the window frame that hold top plastic part of the Balance.

Need a part number for this item. It works, but not well enough to keep. Need all parts that are needed for this to work and be stored.

The Pella windows are about 15 years old. Screens are fine it's the latches that's are missing from some of the windows. I measured it and it looks to be 1inch. Any luck with helping me?

Hello, I am looking to replace the operator in the attached photos. I can't seem to find the exact measurements. Is there a replacement for this?

This is a single arm window crank. Arm length from the bend is 8 1/2". Crank mounting holes spacing to the mounting plate is 3 1/8". There are 4 Mounting plate holes to the window frame.
