Window crank arm fell out and stopped working. Would like to purchase new system. Measured arm and it is 11 1/2 in. Long. Couldn't find the right one myself on the sight so I'm asking for help.

Wenco double hung window circa 1993

We have kitchen cabinet drawers with a top glide made in 1965. Most of them are missing this roller glide that is near the front of the cabinet drawers. Does anyone know what this is called or where to find it?

Hinge has completely rusted off. I think I need to replace the 2-bar hinge set and possibly the operator arm. Can see on operator arm, model number L3084I and 20810. I cannot make out any numbers on the track piece since because of the rust, but it has 4 screw holes. I was unable to remove the w ... (cont.)

I think the company was M & W in Rocky Mount, VA. I have multiple units with the same vinyl windows and am in need of replacement parts. The last picture with the label, I hope will help to figure out who the manufacture was. Thank you,Mickey

Waterville Window Extruded Vinyl Window based out of Waterville, ME. They went out of business in 2009. This piece sits in the bottom of the window and the pin sits in the balance.

Hi, The channel balancer says 2530 BSI V6 on it and came from a single hung, double pane, vinyl window made by International Window Corporation. It is 1/2 wide (9/16). Thanks!

Hello, the Window Channel Balance is 24 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and has a stamp of 2340 on it. Thanks for your help. I would like to replace them.

These were removed from the windows. They are broken but I think you can ascertain the part for purchase as replacement. Wonder why the numbers are different. Window broke due to plastic retainer peice deteriating over the years. Your help is appreciated.

My storm door latch has broken and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement that works as this door is probably 20 years old and is no longer made.

One has a spring on one side one does not.

Hello, I am trying to identify some casement cranks & casement locks. Wondering if anyone remember seeing these. The casement lock seems to match the windows moulding lines profile so I am sure I'll need to find a direct replacement. The crank handle is a small profile.
