HelloI have an Operator that is window mount (5" between mounting holes)It has a short arm (3") and a long arm (5.5") The long arm clips to the window - am unsure how to unclip it to take pics of it removed. Appreciate your help!

The window pivot lock show for my sash window appears to be broken as the coil no longer attaches.
