Hello - the non-locking side of my patio door handle broke. It appears the bevel that sticks out slightly to grab the screw broke and now not enough of the screw can grab it to tighten it up. Is the crank handle for the 39-268 wood window crank operator permanently attached in it?s housing? Can it be folded parallel to the window jamb, or is it always perpendicular to the wall? Or can the handle be removed and stored?
