This broke causing my window to fall down this week. Attached are the pictures I took today. Is that common for both shoes to break in almost the exact same way at the exact same time? I haven't taken them out yet, I don't believe there is a cut out Is it better to replace the shoe, or is it jus ... (cont.)

My porch windows are in three parts-top pane , bottom pane and And screen. All three parts slide up and down in their own tracks. You can slide into different open positions because there are latches cut into the frame. I think the frames are aluminum but strong. My screen is broken. It is 25 inches ... (cont.)

I'm wondering what it would cost to repair or replace the slider for my kitchen window. The slider is 36"W x 44"H and slides open to the left. It has been cracked for at least the 9 years we've been in the house. The crack is only on the exterior pane.

Not sure what they are called but they look like pistons. Both top and bottom. the bottom has a stop button on it. The wind caught the door and busted the plastic part where the pin fastens to the door.
