not sure how to convert these numbers to the ones on your site.

I have a retractable screen that is about 15 years old and the latch only just broke. Do I need to buy a whole new assembly? I just need the latch, the tip broke off when my dog decided to run into the screen. Shari

the teeth where the handle sits are striped, both on the mechinism and the handle. Not sure if I can replace just the handles and pin, or the entire part. Need one for a right handed window and left window as well. Also, need this locking part, can you help. Peachtree

Can you identify this corner as being something you have in stock? big square is 1 1/16" , legs are 5/8" wide and a heavy 1/4" thick ,not quite 5/16" and 2 1/4 " long long not counting the thin square .The writing on the piece is ASM and the number 4.

Looking to replace a balance channel for an American Window BR250 tilting window. It seems the bottom faster broke.

I have many Millguard single hung non-tilting windows in a 2005 built home with sticking sash balances that operate so poorly, the sashes always have to be reset. This part came out of a non tilt window. The metal part is 27in. Stamped 26 4.I think it is either the S380 or S385.
