I have a 2001 SeasonSheild window that the 4 plastic guides are broken. There is one in each corner. Not completely sure what the part is called but maybe slash slide. It keeps the windows taught in the slide channel. Hope you guys can help. Thanks

Here is the faulty channel Balance. This one has slightly different numbers than the identical window next to it that I replaced a year ago? That one took a 30" Series 385 Channel Balance option 2930. Is this the same or does it require a different one? ART
