I have 24 windows. Ireceived a sample from you 55-169. The part that slides into the track is too long. It needs to be 1/4 inch or less and the gripper part needs to be thicker. Can you help us?

Hi we would like to replace the latch screw cover for 2 windows. Is that available.

I have a broken latch on my window that is about 5 years old. Not sure who the manufacturer of the window is. The arm of the latch is broken off and the window will now not open.

I am looking for a replacement patio door handle. The inside of the handle is stamped 1060 1943. It appears to be 3-15-16" hole size but I purchased a replacement locally and although it sits, when screwing it in it does not fit when screwed in. Not sure if its 4" instead.
