It is the top part of a large double sliding mirror wardrobe door. We are desperate to replace it, but we couldn't find it in the part finder... Please help, we really appreciate it and we love your products.

The arm is about 3 1/4 inches long, the screw holes are 5 1/4 inches apart.

Thermal guard casement windows. One picture shows flat peel and stick around latching mechanism. Another picture to shows groove for inner seal around window opening. I am trying to source the replacement parts for viking window locks. The lock measures 2 1/4 on center. We will need both lock and keepers for at least 30 windows at one hotel and several more for another property as well but different lock.

Dear sir: The rod that runs through the door into both inside and outside handles is broken. I tried to engage the door bars by lifting the inside handle and the handle just broke off the door. Lock is approximately 10 years old. I am including pictures.

There are no stamped letters on the parts. There is printed information which is "28 4 FP CALDWELL" I find no other identifying information. The window weighs 24 lbs.

The upper latch on the door latch is locked in the closed position and neither lubricant nor prying can budge it.
