I am looking for a replacement latch, this is a window from the 1930s, the latch is screwed into the side of the frame.

can someone help me figure out what strip I need. I was thinking it was the Mobile Home style even though my home is not a mobile home.

Hi I recently had one of the coil balances break and replaced by the window company which now is charging a fee for something I feel I can do. I already took both out the original is the one with the 5K imprint which I guess just stands for how many cycles the balance is rated for, and the other say ... (cont.)

I don't know much about window systems, but am needing to replace this channel balance. It has "2540" inscribed on the metal. It is about 26" long and 1/2" wide. Could you help me identify the correct replacement part? Joel

One of my channel springs broke. I would like to replace both for a window. The channel markings are 34-3 IX CMC 11. I am also looking to replace the broken stop at the top of the window.The old channel is 35" long, 5/8" deep and 5/8" wide.

These latches are on 22 year old Marvin double hung windows. The center to center measurement on the large piece is 2 1/16...other measurements are in one of my photos. The only markings are on large piece. It says "lock". There is a patent number underneath. 5.110.165
