This piece has backed out of my operator for a couple of awning windows I have. I have not been able to re-install it and keep it in place. Is it possible to repair this or is a new operator the only solution?

I took one balance out. Along the lower corner on the visible side before it was removed I have these numbers. J53 5#31 10 79 On another spot there is 11600 on the piece. I need to replace the rollers for my sliding windows. The plastic housing is 1 7/16 inches long, 1/2 inch wide, and 1/2 inch wide. The rollers are metal which has rusted.
