Atrium window channel balance 28 3 HU CMC 2 Actual length of metal frame is 29" Also need the clip which goes in the slots shown in pic 0149 to keep the channel balance in place when removing the sash.

the balance channels for my viking non-tilt window are broken and have fallen out. They consist of a metal casing with a spring and rope. the parts I am looking for go in both sides of the window sash. the part I removed has the numbers 2090-8S1-LG-28 stamped on I (picture included)t. Received part from customer. He says they are from Therma Tru Windows. The pin that goes into it is also broken. Any idea if they can be bought separately? I have no markings or numbers.

I have a Truth window crank that is no longer working properly. It seems as if something has been stripped, as the window does not move when you rotate the handle.
