I would like some help identifying the correct channel balance and sash guide for my window. I have non-tilt windows, the channel balance is 1/2" wide and 30" long, and is stamped 2930. I believe the sash guide I need is 18-161. It is 1 3/4" long, and the other measurements seem to match those lis ... (cont.)

We need to replace a set of channel balances in a single-hung vinyl window. The existing balances are not broken. However, another contractor replaced the existing glass with laminated safety glass. We are trying to get two casement handles, but are unsure of the manufacturer. They are a light bronze color, from about 1985-1990.

I am a Contractor. I have 6 Anderson windows on my project. The part No.is 11600-17. There is also a number C24 6 23 1135. Should I replacing with 24-523 or other?

The rod is 30 long and 9/16 wide. Both sides are broken. I looked on your site and cannot figure out which 30" series is right.

I have these parts. I know i need the ,Product Code: 82-265. Do you have the other items in the photo? Id love to get a complete kit and start off fresh and new. If not what parts would you recommend? the turning lever and key lock are very loose and need replacing. Thank you.
