We bought a new house and the sliding patio door is missing a screen. Size is 48x80 inches. We were going to buy a standard screen from home depot but realized the lock may require a particular screen? Thank you.

The piece marked 31272 broke off. The hinge is 10 and 1/2 inches not the one you have that measures 10 inches.

I am looking at either the 351 or 390 channel balance, the difference per the site is the depth of the bottom shoe, I am not sure what they mean by the depth measurement, where do I measure? Thanks

I have an aluminum single hung window 4' x 5' in size and the part that I require is a small curved spring, 3" in length, that fits just under the lift latch handle to maintain tension on the latch. My home was built in 1992. I believe the windows are the old Peachtree and are double hung windows. Several of the balance systems are now broken. Hi the receiving port for one of the two screws is broken so I need to replace the handle etc. I think the door lock mechanism is ok though. I think it may be a Jeld-Wen door, not sure though. Thanks!

On 2 windows, in the channel, the top plastic piece that the nylon cord wraps around is split, causing the windows to be unable to remain up. The steel springs that attach to a black vinyl piece at the bottom are rusted.

Hi, This is a balancer for a vinyl window frame that I broke when I took the window out. There is no indication of what brand/kind the window is, it appears to be a cheap Andersen (but not Andersen or Marvin). I need to replace this part. Would you be able to help identify what it is?
