THE ONLY THING I SEE WRITTEN ON IS 26 3 DL CALDWELL. IT'S 9/16 WIDE AND 27" LONG WITHOUT THE ENDS INCLUDED, JUST THE METAL.

It is a spring with string type balance. The white plastic connector has broken on several of the balances. It would be great to replace just that part.

Hello,We have two handle sets that I think you should take a look at. Our 40-034 and 40-152 both have 1-3/4" inside hole spacing but the hole spacing for the outside pulls differ. I'd start with the 40-034 that has an outside hole spacing of 5-3/8". Thank you!

Appear to be hurricane grade. Sash are very heavy. #9 stamped in coil.woul like the entire assembly

I am looking to replace broken parts on a 47.75 x 50.75 window. Trying to find the part number and hoping you can tell me the proper part to purchase. My order number on my label is 4492343705. You only allow 3 picture and I have more broken parts than 3 pictures.

Hole spacing is 4 15/16". Key is missing for lock. This is a main entry door into house, so a key locking handle is critical! Reverse clamshell locking style. Apparently this style locking handle is discontinued and VERY hard to find. Probably original to the home when built in 1989. Please advise i ... (cont.)

The awning window hardware only has the Pozzi name on it. The lever has broken and also is too long to accommodate the new kitchen faucet.. Can you recommend hardware that would work on this window? It appears to be a 19-002 top and 15-003 shoe, but I didn't see a reassembled guide with those parts. What do you think? Would this be a custom order? Thanks

Anderson door handle with holes spaced 5 1/2" apart. I am not sure of the year. The door is about 1 3/4" thick. A screw broke off in the hole which I have had no luck removing.
