Missing one of the channel balance stops at the top of the window. Pictures show the left side of the window with the stop in place. Recently ordered & received the following; (2) S385-33 : 33" Series 385 Channel Balance, which seem to be correct.

It seems like the minimum height on these rollers is 1" and 3/8 I had trouble getting the door out. The roller was hitting the track. Can I get a smaller minimum height. I tried a 1" 1/2 minimum height and it was way to big could not get door back in. Your site is great! Thanks! Josh ... (cont.)
