Looking for replacements for these sliding closet wheels

Both the frame piece and the locking piece it covers are broken. New home, no idea about the windows, but the window locks themselves say "Crystal" if that helps.

1/2 inch balancer, metal is 33 inches long although marking says 32. I believe s350 or s351 but can not tell the difference. Have ordered these from you before but has been a few years! Thanks!
