Looking for 3 brackets for circa 1950s windows. Thanks!

I am looking for a replacement for the pictures I've attached. The mortise lock is approx. 12 1/2" in overall length, and approx. 12" from center to center of holes. There are two patten numbers stamped on lock, # 6.264.252 and # 5.820.170. The handles are 8 1/2" total length with bolt c to c of app ... (cont.)

As you can see if you look close, both left and right pivots are broken at the bottom. They both need replacing, however I do not know which part will be the replacement if you have them? Please contact me thru email or directly by phone or text. Thank you.

Are casement window hinges right and left handed?

This is a part we also need replaced. Without the plastic spring retainer, it's 2 3/8" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". With the retainer, it's 2 1/2". We need 2 of these - the metal part which holds the pivot bar is completely reamed / wallowed out.

Home owner with broken clips that were not attached to the door byu the original owners and now are broken

1967- 1993 Pella bay window shade knob is mounted on the screen. I need (2) kits for the first window on the right. One is for the first floor and the second is for the second floor.

I have determined I need the 385, the wider foot and wings. But am not sure of the sash weight. The code on the channel is 26 4 AW CMC 7. What do I need for weight option thanks

I have these windows. And the mechanisms are starting to break. I have two windows that I can no longer crank open or closed.

I'm needing this stricker plate it demisions are 7"x 3/4"The holes are 1 3/4 for the top and 1 3/8 for the bottom with 1 1/8 solid area between them.The screw holes are 6 3/8 on centerDo you have an exact size replacement?Please advise Hugh

Need to find a replacement of this handle with the latch.

Trying to identify this bifold door hardware for replacement. Some parts on the door had "NLCO" stamped on the back, these parts only said "PAT. PEND." on the back.

Please let me identify which channel balance is needed to repair our windows. There is no metal-stamped markings, but printed on the channel is: 25 5 LV CMC 2. Thank you.

Prefer to replace the gear mechanism and handle only. The brand is truth, see the images for 2 different arm numbers. Please let know if need additional information. Thanks, Nancy
