we purchased item # 82-265 multi-point mortise lock with face plate 11". Will the sliding glass door multi point keeper 82-249 work with this? Our existing point keeper does not work with this part.

Need a pivot shoe to replace one manufactured for BF Rich windows. The one I have is 2 1/4 x 5/8 x1 1/4. It appears that your 15-047 is closest with the only difference is the current one is 1/4" taller that the 15-047. Is that an issue? The only identifying number is 610C. Thank you for your assist ... How do I adjust this mechanism? The door is resting on the bottom track and slides with great difficulty.

Take a look at our 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 190 coil springs. For a new clip cove,r see our 15-186. Let us know if you have any questions.
