Window coil balance

I have simonton tilt in double hung windows. When I bought the house most of the windows had broken coil balance springs. The only part number I found on the spring was 801020. The window model is in the picture. How do I figure out what size balance spring I need.

Lock mechanism for casement window

I am looking for a locking mechanism for our window. There are no markings to identify it, I have no idea what brand of windows they are. No local stores stock this item. The handle has DorWal and L-120 The mount screws measure are 3 1/2 inches from center to center. Do you need more info?
