I need the clip shown on IMG 4500 and the slider shown on IMG 4498. They are parts of the window opening mechanism on a Lowen window installed in 2017.The clip attaches the slider to the opening mechanism. The pin that secures the upper arm is broken. Its on another window just like this one. How do I find the right part? Its on a CGP window. 27.5 inches wide. Out swing with side hinge. Thanks Mark

Balance cord/cable that holds the sash in the up position broken hardware? Broken cable? Not sure which but lower sash will not stay in the up position.
