This is from white vinyl builder windows. Looks like the glass side is about 1/2" and the short snap in side is about 1/4". Not sure brand, but the windows are about 13 years old.hail damaged and I want to replace them all.

My existing part has markings on it as follows: 28 9 AO CALDWELL. It is 1/2" w x 29 l Top shoe is 15-002 Bottom shoe is 19-002 So I'm almost positive I need part 351-29 but im unsure of the weight option. I estimate the sash to be 15-20lbs im guessing. Little help please.

I have the same rear bracket others have posted that you said is discontinued. My issue is it in island so l have to glue bracket and can?t screw it in.

The top hook part of the shoe balance has snapped off of several of my windows. I am looking for some replacement balances. Please let me know if you can help. It looks like it?s about 1/2 inch thick and 1 5/16 inch wide give or take a little on my sons school ruler.
