I have 13 windows with broken shoes. They are 2" tall, 1.25" wide, .5" deep. I have attached a photo as well

Do you have any pictures of Caradco double hung aluminum clad top sash? Or is there a definite way to identify a Caradco window?

Hi, I would like to order new channel balances for 3 windows. The balances are labeled as 32-5 GA2 CMC 5. I measured them and iit appears to be a 33 inch balance. I believe I need your 33 inch series 385 Channel Balance but not sure of the sash weight. Can you assist based on the pictures prov ... (cont.)

Im sure this is what i need, but how do i determine the correct weight specification,i have attached a photo of old sash balance it has a stamp 34XHD2, although when measured it is 35 inches long, please help, and i will probably order aproX 30 of these. Thanks!

A wing broke off of one of the balancers and needs to be replaced. I'll replace the other as well.

This part is screwed onto the lower corners of the sash and fits into the pivot shoe which is attached to the swirl balance.

have a very heavy sliding glass door. door harder to close than open.put new rollers on from home depo that fit in. door still hard to open.suspect track maybe slightly bent.would a new track cover correct this problem or should i try a new track with new wheels?

I have the same idenification on my channel balance, but the top is different. Also do you offer replacement parts for the sash where the channel balance contacts?
