Hello, I have to replace a missing latch. The hole is 9/16 x 2 9/16 and the back is rounded, not squared off. It does not take one that is screwed in. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks, John

I am trying to identify the attached pics coil balances. I think they are the 10 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, SINGLE but not sure its a small window. The wideth of the track is 1" and the height of the balance is 3 1/2"

Don't know what to order but I need to find out. This is not the only window in the house that needs to be fixed. Found a number on the balance 14 5 JO CALDWELL. It measures 1/2 " x 15" and it is for a non tilt window.

I have a broken channel balance from what I think is a Philips window that weighs 17.6 pounds. There is a marking on the channel that reads 25 4 Caldwell LM or LN. Length of the channel is 27.25 with the plastics end pieces included. the depth of the one plastic end piece is 5/16". Please let me kno ... (cont.)

Slider has no name on it. I can find a 3 inch long mortis latch. 3 3/16 will not fit.

Looking to order a channel balance. Pictures of both ends of the 28" piece are attached.

Need four of these. Rollers are not concave, they travel in a groove and there is a part that rides in another groove to stabilize the door.

my cnannel balance looks the same as your 28" product code WS385-28 --- the metal channel on mine measures 25 1/2 " info stamped is 25 9 BSI RR
