I need to replace the block and tackle in one of these windows. I have no idea what the part is or how to replace them. I need to do the top and bottom windows.

Casement window mechanism is shot need to be replaced "TRUTH 31850"

Hi, I'm looking to replace the handle of this sliding glass door, MFGR: PHP-032-2 SERIES: 870 VINYL SLIDING GLASS DOOR, left-opening handle/door.

Need either the mortise lock or new handle that can fit into patio door.

I have a locking outside patio door. The handle fell off. I need to replace it.

The metal channel is 28" long. The metal channel width = 5/8". The plastic foot at bottom = 7/8" wide. The metal channel has the following markings: 27-4 J15 cmc50

I am looking for the shower door bottom guide as in the pictures. Can you please help identify them? Thanks.

I need to replace the window channel balance on 3 of my windows. I am pretty sure the part I need is S385-23, but can you confirm from these pics? I have 3 identical windows and two have given out. Please help me identify the correct replacement channel balance to for replacement. I ran out of picture space but there is a stamp "25 3 BT CALDWELL" on the back. The metal portion is 26 inches long.
