I am looking for a sash lock for a Weather Shield casement (1977) It is the on the left side of the window (as viewed from inside the house). I believe the part # is 972003, but have a hard time location one. help please.

We have approximately 19 Peachtree G1888 Type A windows and some do not work. How much would it cost to replace or fix. Seems that it is the balance of the windows that are faulty. They go up, but will not stay up.

How do I measure for the size

Double hung, the rod/shock looking device that is responsible for hold the window up when opened. To add tension you take a special tool (which I have) and turn clockwise to add tension. I am looking for the replacement part. Can you help or point me in the right direction?

I need some window balances the number stamped on them is #19202 they are aluminum sashes and for cleaning there are hindges on the left side and they open like a cabinet door ! thanks steve

Measure the metal part which is 32 5/8" and the mark on the metal bar is 34 4 BS PB. So which one I should order and I need 2- one for the left and one for the right side of the window. Thank you for your time on this matter. Linda
