It is difficult to open this sliding glass door without doing quite a bit of pushing and pulling. It seems as if the rolling mechanism at the bottom is worn out. It makes a grating sound when it slides. A little WD40 helps a little; but I think that some parts need replacement. Can you please help m ... (cont.)

I was able to find the balance clip that I need, which is the 19002. But I?m not able to find the correct top sash clip that I need. Hopefully you can help me by seeing the attached photos.

Looking for some replacement drawer guide rollers. These are circa 1975 by PX IND.

I have a channel balance measuring 20" metal end to metal end with plastic ends with tabs on each end. Made by Caldwell manufacturing with no stamped numbers but printed on the channel is 19 5 GV CMC 7. I am unable to send pictures, but the building is about 20 years old. Thank you, Al White ...
